We are seeking an energetic and passionate ERP Quality Manager that has the drive and vision to make a difference.The ERP Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and undertaking the Data migration and Test program for ERP Implementation project. You will lead the data migration and testing activities and milestones for the project to ensure outcomes objectives are being realised. Reporting to the Project Manager, ERP this role will play a critical role in ensuring the project delivers, on time, on budget and in scope. Key responsibilities: Develop end to end Testing program for ERP implementation projectCoordinate workshops with business users and application subject matter experts to develop and design test cases.Develop test cases and test suites for user acceptance and regression testing.Coordinate with vendor’s preparation of test environments for UAT.Provide UAT support and training to business users and subject matter expertsCoordinate business users and subject matter experts to perform acceptance testing, ensuring outputs are provided to the project manager.Develop and manage program test governance and continuous process improvement of the testing documentation, standards and processes.Complete other testing related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.Track and manage issues, re-testing, run daily stand up's of the testing team.Responsible for formulating the Data Migration and testing strategyResponsible for managing the entire data migration effort to migrate data from several legacy applications into Technology One and Humanforce.Responsible for Planning, strategising, executing and driving the entire Cut-over Planning and strategyResponsible for Pre-Load and Post Load data validation and for creation and distribution of preload and post load reports related to legacy, TechOne and HumanforceProviding expert level knowledge in creating Mapping documents, Data Load Plan, Mock Load Plans and Business Rules planThe boxes you have to tick:Experience testing back-end and front-end applicationsExperience using project management software for bug tracking and test planningSound time management skills with the ability to autonomously prioritise work to achieve position outcomes and commitmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service excellenceUnderstand innovation levers usability and experience design, information design, communications and new technologiesWell-developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective internal/external Qualifications, Certificates and Registrations: Degree in Computer Science or relevant tertiary experience.
